I’m running for County Supervisor, because I have the experience and values we need to navigate these trying times. With significant federal and state cuts to health care, education, food assistance, public safety, and emergency preparedness imminent, the Marin County Board of Supervisors has a profound responsibility to do everything in our power to protect and support Marin County residents.
Now more than ever, we need a leader who knows how to overcome obstacles and do more with less. I currently serve as the Novato School Board Vice President, where I oversee one of the largest public budgets in the county and manage one of Novato’s largest employer. I’ve also served as a Financial Counselor at MarinHealth and serve on the Board of Habitat for Humanity Great San Francisco Bay Area. I’m prepared to lead at this critical moment.
Bringing people together to solve big challenges is my passion. I love listening to people and understanding their concerns, especially in the community I grew up in. I’m driven to find creative solutions, whether it’s getting people off the streets, tackling the housing crisis, or ensuring our tax dollars are responsibly spent.
I’m born and raised in Novato, and the first in my family to go to college. This community helped me achieve my dreams, and I know our county government can and must be a force for good, especially now. As your Supervisor, I will prove that local government is capable of shaping policies that truly support and protect the people we serve.
